Original ideas for unforgettable recipes
– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 50 g of sugar
– 2 packs of vanilla sugar
– 30 g of butter
– Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
Recipe:
1/ Mix flour, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
2/ Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Add the eggs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding milk little by little. (This will prevent lumps)
4/ Divide the dough into bowls according to the desired color and add a few drops of paint. Mix it up.
5/ All you have to do is cook!
#2 Tiramisu style pancakes
Ingredients (4 people)
– 6 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 1 packet of vanilla sugar
– 30 g of butter
– 250 g of mascarpone
– 50 g of cocoa powder
– 1 C. instant coffee
Pancake dough recipe:
1/ Mix flour and half of powdered sugar (50g) in a bowl.
2/ Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Add 4 eggs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding milk little by little. (so you will avoid lumps).
4/ Leave to rest (about 1 hour) and all you have to do is cook!
Filling recipe:
1/ Beat the egg yolks with mascarpone and the remaining powdered sugar (50g) and vanilla sugar.
2/ Add the previously beaten egg white and mix slowly so as not to break the white.
Assembly:
For assembly, you need to replace pancakes with a thin layer of cream until you get a thick block that forms the cake. Don’t forget to let everything cool for a few hours before serving!

– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 30 g semi-salted butter
– Herbs of your choice (tip: dill)
– Smoked goldfish
– 150 g cheese spread (Philadelphia/Boursin type)

– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 30 g semi-salted butter
– Herbs of your choice (tip: Herbes de Provence and oregano)
– 2 tomatoes
– 50 g of grated mozzarella
– 1 onion
– 1 bell pepper
Pancake recipe:
1/ Melt the butter.
2/ Mix melted butter, flour, eggs and herbs in a bowl.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding milk little by little. (so you will avoid lumps).
4/ Leave to rest (about 1 hour) and all you have to do is cook!
Filling recipe:
1/ Cook tomatoes, peppers and onions together.

– 4 eggs
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 50 g of sugar
– 2 packs of vanilla sugar

– 2 apples
– Salted butter caramel
Pancake recipe:
1/ Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
2/ Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Add the eggs.
3/ Dilute the dough by adding milk little by little. (so you will avoid lumps).
4/ Leave to rest (about 1 hour) and all you have to do is cook!
Filling recipe:
1/ Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
2/ Melt some butter in a pan.
3/ Add apples and sprinkle with sugar.
4/ Stir so that the apples cook evenly.
Assembly:
1/ Place your caramelized apples in the pancake, spread a little salted butter caramel on top and fold it into a triangle like a samosa.
2/ (optional) If you’re feeling greedy, decorate them with some caramel and it’s done!
