Cantonese rice with shrimp

Ingredients:

– ½ tablespoon fermented black beans (dou-chi)

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, add minced meat, salt, pepper and a little sesame oil. To order. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes and cook in salted water for a minute. Drain the tofu and set aside.
2. Pour some oil in the wok and fry the meat. Remove the meat after cooking. Add two tablespoons of Doubanjiang. garlic, onion, ginger and black beans. Add pepper and cook everything.
3. Add boiling water (about 125ml) and bring to the boil. Put the tofu cubes and add soy sauce and ground meat.

Ingredients:
– 1 duck is ready to cook
– 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder
– 1/2 cup liquid honey
– Soy sauce – Salt
– 2 cloves of crushed garlic
– 2 tablespoons of starch

Preparation:

– 1 box of wonton wrappers
– 1 l of chicken broth
– Chopped green onions
For the filling:
– 240 g minced pork
– 1 egg
– 60 ml of water chestnut
– 2 green onions
– 1 clove of chopped garlic
– Soy sauce
– Pepper
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling. Then place the filling on each square of the wonton wrapper. Moisten the dough a little to fold the contour and secure it in the center. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Cook the ravioli in a pot of salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Unleash them. Do the same with the chicken broth for 5 minutes. Garnish the soup with green onions.

– Sesame oil

Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, oil, baking powder and sugar. Then add vinegar to get a nice consistency. Leave to rest for at least 1 hour.

3. Melt sliced Chinese cabbage in sesame oil, then add meat and soy sauce. To mix together.

Ingredients for the filling:
– 200 g of green bean paste
– 50 g of raisins
– Soybean oil
– Black sesame seeds
Preparing the dough:
1. Combine flour, milk powder and salt in a large bowl. Beat the sugar and egg yolks in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix everything together.
2. Add sifted flour and baking powder, mix everything to make a dough. Leave to rest for at least 2 hours. Then cut the dough evenly with a circular cookie cutter.

1. Soak the beans and drain. Boil them in boiling water. Drain them and pour them into a pot. Mash the beans to make a paste, then add some soybean oil and sugar. To order.

Chinese pork and shrimp spring rolls
Ingredients:
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 teaspoon of chicken broth
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 1 egg
– 200 g of vegetable sprouts
– Nuoc-mâm sauce
– 15 sheets of rice
– 200 g of minced pork
– 100 g taro puree (or sweet potato)
– 25 g grated carrots
– 20 g of dried black mushrooms
– 80 g of rice noodles
– 2 onions
Preparation:
1. Soak the mushrooms in a bowl. Chop the mushrooms after they are soft. Second, soak the noodles in water for 10 minutes.

– 2 red peppers

– 1 chicken broth
– Olive oil
– Ginger powder
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small cubes and sauté with a little olive oil over high heat. Then reduce the heat.
2. While cooking, wash and finely chop the peppers. Wash the leeks and cut into strips. Chop the garlic and chop the other vegetables.
3. Add the vegetables to the meat and fry everything on high heat for 30 minutes, stirring.
4. Reduce heat and pour in white wine, soy sauce, sugar and powdered ginger. Add some hot water. Salt and pepper. Mix everything and cover. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

– 20 shrimps in shell

Preparation:
