  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut cream (400 ml can)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. c. Honey

For the cream:

  • 1 packet of 175g white or cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia).
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 package of gelatin

For the chocolate frosting (optional):

  • 10 cs milk coconut milk
  • 140 g of chocolate 50% or more

Now that you have all the ingredients to make the recipe, here’s how to make the different parts of the cake

To prepare the base of the cake:

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, coconut cream, coconut milk, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently.

Divide the finished mixture into 3 equal parts.

Line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper. Pour 1 part of the prepared mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until dry. Cook the remaining two parts of the dough in the same way. Cool down.

How to prepare the cream

Soak the gelatin in 20 ml of boiling water until it swells. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds or melt it in the oven following the directions on the package.

Mix cream cheese with coconut cream and honey in a bowl. Add the dissolved gelatin to the finished mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Put the container with the finished cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that it is firm.
